★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very messy, slow, unorganised, not friendly. Waited 1 hour and 30mins to get 6/15 dim sum ordered, and we have to refill hot water in the kitchen by ourselves because no one will help you, all staff just so clueless what to do and waste their time to play “pass the word” game.
To be fair, their food taste is not that bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is suck. We waited for nearly 2hours for only a pot of tea,but no food!!!. I understood that it's CNY, so we waited patiently. After half an hour, the tea haven't serve, then I went to the counter to ask for tea. The tea also need self service .Then ran out of hot water.We waited for another 1 hour, the dimsum still haven't serve yet. I tried to remind the staff but the staff just pay lips service. Their sloppiness attitude rage my anger. We got 90years old elderly starving for food..In fact,many others customers left due to long waiting time. At the end, we paid the tea and forced to leave. If Google rating got 0 ⭐I'll definitely rate them zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A poor service attitude. We know in public holiday will have many people to eat, but when we ask how long we need wait waitress direct say 2 hour you can wait you wait , cannot then you go other place. Bad attitude. Ask for pot of tea also say wait for 2hours.Bad service.
