โ โ โ โ โ Had a bad experience for my first chiropractic session at One Spine, TTDI. During the electrotherapy, the chiropractor puts the heat pads directly ON my skin, without any layer on. Found out my skin was burnt when I got home. Made a complaint about my injury and they didn't apologise, instead, they said my skin might be too thin. So disappointed with the way they handle patients and their complaints. Would not come back again.

โ โ โ โ โ I was recommended by a a friend who had slip disc about One Spine to me. I was diagnosed with slip disc at l4/l5 and l5/S1 and in having a lot of pain in my right side leg when first came to One Spine...They adviced me to do 10 sessions with Chiropractor Dr Chong and Physiotherapists Mr Bryan...and after 5 session I can see some good changes and now after almost 9 session I had a lot improvement ? the pain reduced so much until i stopped using my lower back support belt and painkillers. My Chiropractor Dr Chong and Physiotherapists Mr Bryan is very knowledgeable and friendly.

โ โ โ โ โ You should always get second opinion especially in the field of Medical and Physiotheraphy regardless of your issues so you have a basis of comparison.
Went to OneSpine first to have some assessment since I had some lower back discomfort and was immediately brought to perform adjustments and gel treatment for about 2-3 sessions.
After consulting with ChiropracticFirst, only then a PROPER full body checkup and assessment is done from weight, height, sensory, rotation, and many more even before any adjustments are being done.
Despite the countless positive reviews here perhaps because of location convenience or perhaps they do not have a basis of comparison, I would still recommend Chiropractic First over One Spine.
On the Price side, they range about RM130 for 30 minutes Chiro and another RM120 for 30 minutes of Physio exercises . (non package)
Decide wisely.

โ โ โ โ โ Great physiotherapist however the reception nearby extra charge me for 2 sessions for 30 minutes visit.
Please be more familiar with the systems and be time sensitive (impossible to have 2 session within single 30 minutes session right? Unless I split myself into Two?)

โ โ โ โ โ I first visited One Spine a few months ago, having pain on my left lower back. I was consulted and had my session straight away. Luckily Dr. Brenda was free at that moment.
I am happy to report that after several chiropractic and physiotherapy sessions, the pain has gone away.
They are well educated and experienced, where their advice and care for me was excellent. Not to mention, their scheduling for me too was good.

โ โ โ โ โ Had good experience w Dr Thiru for the chiropractic treatment he solved my back pain issues. Thiru recommended me to take up physiotherapy as well to recover better so I decided to with Chloe.
Dr Chloe is very helpful & detailed. Her dry needling was especially helpful is solving my year long shoulder pain problem. 10/10 would recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ Great physiotherapist. My knee had terrible pain but after I have been going here since months now I can train again and built back my muscles surrounding the knee. I will continue to go every once in a while even tho I have completed my treatment because they'll have me be on track.

โ โ โ โ โ I have a very bad neck & shoulder problem issue which always lead to migraine until my first visited One Spine. I was consulted and had my session with Dr. Brenda. She is very patient & detailed on explaining my issue.
I am very happy & satisfied with the results & improvement on my neck & shoulder after several chiropractic & needling.
Their staffs are also very friendly & professional, where their advice and care for me was excellent. Thank you One Spine ??
