★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service.. Last Monday(17/08/2020) went to buy Microfiber car cleaning towel. Once enter and asked for the towel the person at counter asked his staff in Cantonese ( They came how many time) the staff in return answer this is their first visit. Immediate he said no stock. Then I asked when will have stock they ask me to come back on Saturday (22/08/2020). Today Sunday (23/08/2020) went back to purchase the towel, I told them last week came you asked me to come Saturday is the towel available. The same person at counter asked me who told me that Saturday will have stock. I told that it’s you who told this. Then he started to quarrel with me don’t simply said I told I didn’t said so. I order from China you think one week can arrive meh.. and keep repeating that it’s not him who asked me to come back.. I was like wth... This is my second experience at this particular place. First experience went to buy Car sunshade first time they said no stock asked me to come back again. So your shop won’t sell anything to first time shopper is it?? Shop should not named as ONE STOP ACCESSORIES HYPERMART but should rename as NO STOCK ACCESSORIES HYPERMART!!
