Updating my review after few weeks it’s even worse 2 left are not working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my family was went there for 3d2n KL Christmas Trip 2021.
We stay at Level6-Room17 on [One-stop Residence & Hotel] .
The room was clean and tidy.
The reception was ok only.
BUT !!! PLEASE NOTICE
1. The fan on living room was NOT WORKING FINE.
(The fan have his own mood ,it will not change the speed no matter what number you turn to.)
2. The air cond from Master Room was very very NOISY ! Noisy all the night
(Sound: te te te tetetetete)
3. There was a BAD SMELL on kitchen cabinets, which is the middle one and it was putting all the plate and bow inside.
4. The Lobby and Car Park was HARD TO FIND.
5. The PARKING FEE IS VERY EXPENSIVE.
We stay the 3day2night and the parking fee is RM40
(Receipt mentioned : RM40 is for 1day;11hr;26min)
We was paid RM600++ for it but feel unworthy and disappointed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually stay here due to work. So it would be 1-3 weeks stay. There is a reason to like and dislike this place. I usually stay in the one bedroom studio.
Reason i like to stay at this place:
- near to lrt station
- access to nearby mall via LRT and Grab.
- near to 7-eleven, kk mart & family mart
- near to a few chinese and malay restaurants
- walking distance to Southgate.
- laundry available at level 1.
- internet connection is good.
Reason i dislike this place:
- attached to a mall.. a dead mall.
- the rooms i ever stayed had issues with either the lights or the aircond. Its okay if you’re staying few nights. But if you’re staying few weeks, it destroys the mood.
- nearby mall are not walking distance. Additional cost for transportation.
- one bed room studio has fridge, but no microwave to reheat food. Cannot cook because no stove. Not sure other room types.
Overall experience, not bad. Maybe can reduce the rate a bit.

Contrary to what was posted here, the customer service and support is excellent. Perhaps they fixed it after that one bad review? Anyway, staff is friendly and helpful, they are also quite understanding.
The room aint bad, it's clean and big but the lighting is such a headache though, it's too dim and yellow! Thankfully bedroom does have windows so you can use sunlight to light the room (it didn't reach the living room though). There are balcony but it's too dangerous so that's why they locked it and you're not allowed to open them (unless you likes to donate them RM100)
The pool is not too shabby. What's impressive is their wifi speed, which is max speed of 100mbps for both uplink and downlink (I gets 60mbps~).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place I’ve ever been in my life. PLEASE PLEASE AND PLEASE improve the cleanliness. I really hate it here. First when I stepped into the room I immediately got treated with a dirty carpet, not dirty BUT VERY DIRTY AND ITS DISGUSTING. We also brought out sanitiser gun to sanitise the room and who came a visit us? A SPIDER CRAWLING OUT FROM THE SOFA AND ITS PRETTY DISGUSTING! When my family members sprayed the bedroom, HAIRS AND BLACK SPOT ON THE BED AND ITS PRETTY DISGUSTING. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE AND WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 3 days 2 night. We got an two-bedroom apartment. It wasn't that bad but it wasn't that great. It has a office room where you can do you wfh like my sister. They also provide a a water dispenser but for only hot and warm water only which is pretty great as not many apartment rental provide those. But it was pretty dirty, I had to clean it myself before i used it. The house was clean but when we first check in I found a clump of hair right in the middle of the living room. The fan setting is unique, 5 is supposedly to be the fast speed in normal fan setting. Here it is 1, while 5 is the slowest speed for the fan. We had to call the staff because we didn't know how to on the aircon. Thankfully, the staff was great and our problems with the aircon and fans was resolve. The bed was very comfortable, i had a pleasant sleep there. I think their shower gel and shampoo is the same, it smells good. For the ticket parking, if you park for a long period like 2pm till next day 11 am. To save up you can ask the receptionist, where you will buy a coupon for rm6.60. Overall, i had a pleasant stay there. This place also provide hostel for students, for international student this might be a great place.
