★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give lesser than one star I would. What a lousy service they provided. I had placed an order with them but they left me in the dark with no progress update. One week after placing the order, I emailed them asking about my order but they just ignored my email. After two weeks with no update, I emailed them again but this time with a stern tone. Only then they replied to me telling me that my design was not up to the spec of the machine they using and they would refund me. If that was the case, why didn't they just tell me earlier. I had wasted my time waiting for them to complete my order. I bet if I didn't email them the second time, they would just sleep on my order. What worse was that, there was not even a single apology from them.
