★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afternoon tea here is amazing with one pot of the tea together for club member benefit. Mr Harry serve us well by bringing us the desserts and fruit juices together for us to enjoy. However, evening cocktail a bit disappointed since MCO still going on so we couldn’t have much choices for our dinner but only the food pairing like fruits, desserts and main food in the saucer in the small cute drawers that they paired for us.

Staffs are polite but not attentive. We ordered Earl Grey but they gave Jasmine instead.
As for the food, everything is so sweet ? I know some of you would say “AIYA ITS HIGH TEA DESSERTS MA OF COURSE SWEET....” but their desserts are sweet and nothing special. Even the savoury ones were bad.
We literally just took a few bites for each stuff and left. No wonder, their high tea set was only RM178 for 2 pax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience was positive - friendly and helpful staff, the ambience of the place is very special, I'd say spectacular even.
The only reason why I am giving a 2 star is the food. We ordered secret garden high tea set - a very dismal effort can be felt from the scones to the lack luster chocolate castle offerings.
This by all means not a complaint, more a message to the chef's at the intercontinental - the question must be asked - are happy serving people this (low) quality of food at such a high class venue? I.e. pre bought jam, super market grade cream to go with the artificial scone.
I know you can do better, this establishment is needing your passion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went over this place for high tea in November 2021 as I gotten the voucher from my company. Honestly, the environment is good but food is terrible. Everything is so sweet and the scones were so hard. We don't like to waste food so we had to force ourselves to finish the desserts. I would like the management to take this matter seriously. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time visiting for the afternoon tea after get many good review from the web.
But, I am VERY disappointed with the food quality and their services.
1st, booking by call, no body pick up phone. By whatapps, have to wait FOUR days only return my call.
2nd, when arrival, they wrongly reserved my time even though I had already whatapps and phone confirmed with them earlier. I told her my actual booking time but the service counter lady just ignore and feel like this was my mistake.
3nd, poor food quality.
This is an afternoon tea set for two person. The taste was below average. For the mini bun cake, it's hard and not smooth and not crunchy at all, I really don't know what I had eaten.
This tea set is about RM200++ and really really not worth it.
Pls improve the quality of your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a really good experience and I would recommend ppl to have a try. Nice and cozy place to relax and have a nice and delicious high tea. Unfortunately they served underrated quality tea that brings down the whole food quality....please think of changing your tea brand to something better
