★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This dentist kepala ade angin, head got wind. Impatient to answer patients question. This type of attitude, will you let your teeth handled by him? Sorry no way. Out there around Ipoh still many nice and patient dentists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the service. My doctor is the Senior Ong. I had 2 horizontally grow lower wisdom tooth and impacted my 2 molar tooth. Doctor not able to give me professional opinion where i should keep the partially damage molar tooth or extract the wisdom tooth. The worse is that when he did surgery for my wisdom tooth, he injured my tongue and in the end i have to suffer the ulcer pain for a week, instead of the pain of the wisdom tooth wound. Last but no least, I don't think he use a dissolve thread as i requested to do stitching, as it doesn't dissolve even after 2 weeks, and cause mild inflammation. i have to spend money to remove the thread at other clinic since im working at other country. Please be alert not to look for the old doctor for wisdom tooth surgery. I heard some young doctors good in polishing that you may have a try if u have no idea which clinic to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience here. My mother was having severe pain on her Pre Molar Crown, the doctor attempted to pull the crown, cracked it in half, declared it was too difficult to extract. Angrily banged the tools on the tray, and sent her home with the pain and a broken tooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for consultation. Dental ONG was so patient and nice. He gave professional advice and very responsible. The staffs are friendly too. Nice interior design, it makes me feel calm and comfortable to consult a dentist. So far, so good. I think this clinic deserves more good rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve called clinic to make an appointment 2 days before. I specifically informed clinic’s assistant that I would like to do airflow scalling and she confirmed it is availabled.
On the day itself I was there 5 mins earlier. Upon registration I asked again about airflow scalling and the assistant said the doctor didn’t do this procedure for quite sometime. They can’t confirm me and was advised to wait for the doctor to confirm.
I was waited for 20mins to see the doctor and to finally get the answer that the don’t provide this service and the assistant might have mistakenly it with air polishing. This is unacceptable as my appointment was delayed by 20 mins & only got the answer that there is no airflow. I dont have to wait dor the doctor to confirm. As a team working in the clinic you should have this information ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless making appointment. As I make appointment, late 10mins, told them I jam at the old town road just few traffic away. They WhatsApp me said : “Sorry its better if u make appointment for other day, Dr has to go back on time as she has something to do”. What’s the point I came out from my house after you sent me this message? I expect you add a 10min buffer time? Also, when I reached, the Chinese staff said Dr doing surgery. Do you mean that she took a walk-in customer? On 14/1/22.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had her braces done here , finally completed . Dentist Dr Eddie Ong was so patient and nice. He gave professional advice and very responsible. The staffs are friendly too. Inside the clinic is neat & nice interior design, it makes her feel calm and comfortable to consult the dentist. She even recommended her friend to have her braces fix up at the clinic. So far, so good. Thank you
