β β β β β First of all don't see the price only , we have to see the way they treat the customers , Its really disappointed me, My father suggested me to buy in this shop, but the owner don't know how to treat a customer , they way the talked its really bad no respect at all, Totally not recommended for those have self respect ?

β β β β β This shop is in Shopee.my as "brother_lighting". Bought a couple of cheap LED downlights that lasted about 6mths only. The lamps are marked with 1yr warranty and don't match the advertised warranty of 2yrs. Brand, wattage, size, brightness also do not match what was advertised. After complaining to shop, shop said will give 2yrs warranty. When I finally go to shop after one year (due to MCO and distance) shop owner tries to argue his way out of honouring his verbal 2yrs warranty. Very poor customer service. Avoid these cheap LED lamps.

β β β β β Go to (shopee :brother_lighting) search the light bulb they advertise RM11.20 for the LED bulb 24W. RM12.60 for the LED bulb 36W. Since my house near their shop, then i go there. i ask whats the price, for both products, this macibai lady suddenly mark up RM16 -24W, RM25- 36W. Such a misleading marketing.thank god i did not buy it today.

β β β β β The best place to find old but gold type of lightings.. Suitable to bring your mother in-law if she loves these kind of antique type of lightings since they still reserved them well.. Easy deals with the shop!!! Great experience!!
