★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally agree with what Jonathan Bryce wrote. I will never ever come back here. I rather drive to Kajang to get lighting. The lady boss show black face and always not answering to questions. I try to smile at her but she never put on her smile. Went around 12pm for 2 days but the shop not yet open, went at 7pm but the shop close. I really have no idea what is their operating hour. They block their front door and I stand there telling them what am I looking for. But still ask me to wait and never walk to me, only after few mins the foreigner staff walk to me to serve me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer service. The owner and the staff are quite dismissive and actually rude. The shop opens whenever the owner feels like it, usually about 1pm. They ignore you and don't even acknowledge that you have entered the shop. They never say thank you. They don't provide any warranty on lighting they sell and don't exchange. In all my many years in Malaysia, I think this is one of the worst shops for customer service. The shocking thing is, I am a regular customer who has bought all my lighting here for a large, 6 bedroom house for the last 6 years. Even as a regular customer, there is no recognition of being a loyal customer, just rudeness and dismissiveness. Now it's the time to vote with my feet and finally say enough is enough; that I will never buy from this shop, ever again. This shop owner does not deserve a business and does not deserve customers. The best way to tell the owner how I feel is to post here so that other potential customers are aware of just how rude this business owner is. I bought from here because it was convenient, being the largest lighting shop in Semenyih, but now I'd rather drive to Kajang to get better service elsewhere.
