★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empty promises, promised with a SPA a certain unit number and when we got it, the unit number changed to another number, the developer pushed the blame to MBMB and the MBMB pushed the blames to developer. This is my first time seeing a unit number of a SPA can be voided, what is the use of SPA then?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undeniably a good residence in Melaka, strategic location and low density but the overall quality of staying experience is badly affected by an inconsiderate resident/tenant who always play music unreasonably loud at night (sometime daytime too). Can even hear it from my living room although the unit is not adjacent to where I stay. Hope the management is aware of this issue and will do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really...feel scammed by the agent and owner...inform that can rent second unit car parking inside building..but once move in...finally heard from management that there is no such thing like that...if second car rent means must park outside open car parking Orchard Square...Really useless how can we park our car outside and walk along to go our unit...

Location very nice, near to the city, but the view of abandoned mall not very refreshing.
Management is good.
