β β β β β I got my electrical appliances here. The prices here were a little expensive after initial bargaining. So I went to compare the prices at Taipan (they have one there as well). I told this store the prices I got in Taipan, and they gave me a much better price. They have many items, some are quite new and good choices. Just don't expect them to be able to rival other larger shops in terms of products. However, they should be able to match their prices if you bargain with them.

β β β β β Do not recommend this shop. Seller from other branch helps in this branch then sell me product but ask me to come and take warranty card after he found. OK, then I came twice, he wasn't around. 3rd time only I know from the supervisor he wasn't working there. So he ask me to call him, I called and he said he will call the supervisor but the supervisor doesn't wanna compromise and doesn't wanna answer the phone. But finally he called after I insisted that he call the previous seller. Because I doesn't stay here and I travel so far to take the warranty card. His attitude is super bad, OK, in the end he kept insist me doesn't need the warranty card just bring the receipt. OK, so I walk out from the shop without saying anything. But the worker is really not professional in handling such a small issue. If doesn't need in the first place don't ask me come back and take it .. I come back take it then u guys say no need.. and is the 3rd time only tell me this. Hello, pleas ela, communicate.

β β β β β Tried to buy TV bracket, wall fan and a fridge. Waited for 30minutes but nobody entertain us. Better just go to other shops and this place is a waste of time.

β β β β β Ordered a washing machine and told us that it will be delivered at noon... waited till 8pm for it to arrive. Service attitude is bad and I highly NOT recommend you to purchase anything from this shop. The supervisor's attitude is the worse.

β β β β β Price is cheaper compared to other electrical store but they fail to provide good 3rd party to install electrical appliances. My bad experience is with their contractor which install my aircond. Didnβt follow spec given. Kerja and finishing sangat teruk. Pls go and find another contractor! Be careful with contractor name Suman
