★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vast variety of products ! Foods were fresh ! Staffs are very responsive and helpful ! The only downside is that they are too popular such that you must act fast to secure a delivery slot at times ! But heard they are expanding their fleet to create more slots, can’t wait for that !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The website offers next day grocery delivery within Klang Valley is total NOT TRUE. You have to select a date for delivery. Normally, all the dates are taken and most of the time you will ended up 10 days delivery time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said in web deliver in klang valley, but when i purchase and paid they reply do not deliver my address. Why collect my payment at the first place? I want my money back!!!! If you have taken my money please deliver your goods!!!! else dont take people money and later say i cant deliver..why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a first time customer of Online Pasar and i have to say i had an unpleasant experience with their customer service.
On their website it says my order was still 'Processing' when it was supposed to be due on the day so it was only natural that i contacted them. I tried contacting their customer service numerous times to check on my order status but to no avail. But when i tried Whatsapp, their status was 'Online' and so, i tried texting and calling again to my dismay. I gave their Customer Service a benefit of doubt as maybe they were too busy to not respond and when they finally texted me back, not even a single apology or a word of pleasantry was mentioned. I think it was pretty obvious that your customer was trying to contact you.
To the management of Online Pasar, i hope you'll take note of this and such experience will not occur again, especially to a First time customer who heard about your e-commerce store for the first time and willing to try it out. Thank you.
