Also missed out on a word when I was filling up the message card and they kindly amended it after I gave them another call. My mom was really happy to receive her flower, it looks absolutely gorgeous! I’d give all 10/10 for their prompt delivery and excellent customer service!! Will definitely purchase from Only Love again. Keep up the good work! Cheers! ☺️❤️✨

Service was excellent, prompt, and they took the time to find local partners who could provide the customisation we requested and answered our questions patiently. Timely delivery and the flowers looked fresh. Provided photo of arrangement before delivery and photo proof after delivery also. Happy with the overall experience. The seller was very nice when I send him/her a special request to deliver the flowers early. Overall, affordable price with fresh pretty flowers, good service, website easy to use, good delivery. Recommended.

The matching leaves that goes together with the flowers were not fresh,it was brownish. When I message the florist, I was advised to trim it by myself. Not good experience
