★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely weekend relaxing in OOZE. Had a great and delicious Milk with my family. We visited OOZE for first times, we like the environment and ambient designed. Our waitress was just wonderful, nice and polite service. It was a nice place for meeting friends. Will be back definitely! Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tbh I say this is the best place to hang out in SP bcs it is very spacious, clean and its make u comfortable to chit chat with ur friends. Also, u can do ur work at here bcs this cafe offers sockets to charge ur laptop or phone!! The decoration in this cafe r aesthetically beautiful!! U can take as many photos as u want at here!!! And bgm in this cafe make u feel relax after a long day of work!!! And abt the menu, i dont have anything againts their menu bcs their tea r truly the next level of tea!! They have many choices of tea. If u want something like boba tea, u can order their milk tea which is the most basic one. And their milk tea is better than tea live or chatime tbh. Just come here and try once, u will fall in love with this cafe!!! Btw, their staff r super friendly!!! Kudos to their staff bcs always keep on giving a great service to their customers!! However everythings in this world have pro and cons right? So the con one is, they use too many plastic. Its shame but if u r a person that care abt environment, bring ur own straw to reduce the usage of plastics! However i hope they will find the solution for this one!! >_<

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drinks: Premium price with sub-par quality. The drink preparation line seems slow and lacking training, as they look clueless most of the time, and definitely are not prepared to meet a big crowd demand. The drinks taste diluted, as they do come in a bigger volume, however the price is still unjustified, given the labour cost and rental of this area. If you wanna charge us a price equal to big chains in big cities, you better have better quality.
Environment: the ambience is okay if it is not too crowded, as the premise do not have enough padding to lower down the echo volume. This might be due to their choice of going for an industrial and slightly raw interior design.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good selection of drinks. The staff were pleasant and friendly. It is a place to sit and relax, play some board games with family and friends and just chill. They play a good selection of songs and if i'm not mistaken, they do have bands on certain days. I love the whole vibe and would definately come here again. Oh, and did i mention that the place is also kid-friendly?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to hang out...the black bubbles in the tea is soft and chewy...we ordered ordinary milk tea and brown sugar milk tea with less sugar....so it tasted just nice and smooth. Environment also clean and spacious. It a good place to hang out??

Staffs follow SOP and very professional, they ensure everyone who dine in to have their MySejahtera checked. Nice place to relax with coffee and light bites. Nice Wifi is available while you purchase drink or snack from the place. Power outlets are available for your device and laptops
