★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a warehse like store for only metal designs roofing, gate design and accessories associated with it, they hv an assortment of metal accessories, sold in boxes and the pricing is reasonable. Their staff at the roofing and panels section are helpful, would also help to sought or cut out the panels according to your requirements..
Overall the store is clean, products are well exhibited and neatly arranged.. loading bay is also available, parking spaces are ample..
However, the staff behind the cashier counter need to polish their product knowledge, communication skills and or be more efficient with their bills and pricing, I especially find this particular dept lacking behind, they only speaks mandarin even when you reply with other dialect or languages, I find it very annoying....
They know we would return bcoz of their low pricing but I feel they should improve on their attitude...... coz nothing last forever....
