★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been there 3 times and honestly the Dr was so unprofessional. She made remarks that is offensive regarding my personal attire and look. The staff however were very profesionnal and friendly. The Dr really needs to improve on her communication skills as to not say things that might be insulting to the patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read about good reviews about Optimax among a few eye specialists in Klang. Brought my father for eye check up due to blurr vision. Paid total RM228 (RM135.00 for consultation) with 2 bottles of eyedrop. After 1 week of applying the eyedrops, no improvement at all! Went to focus point today to test my father's vision. Suspected cataract on right eye. What is the purpose of spending RM135 for such unprofessional service? My advise "Please search for alternative eye specialists for professional service". Btw, finally understand that the reason for seeing so many reviews on this page is due to "free gift" given for leaving a review (after consultation before leaving the clinic). Don't be blinded by the number of reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is not professional and reliable even she is a so called eye specialist. Just performed some basic eye checkup but charge a high fee. After checkup and medication, still can't solve my eye problem. At the end, I have to go to different clinic and did thorough eye checkup again. At first, i was deceived by so many good reviews but later was learnt that the nurse indirectly force customers to give them good reviews in exchange of so called "Free" eyedrops. Totally not worth my visit :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the clinic with my 2 year old son. I am dissapointed with the service. The doctor should know how to handle kids as they stated in their banner that they do check ups for kids.. i paid 165 for doctor fee but did not even check properly. And gave eye drop. At least they can help to put the first drop there but they didn't do that. I'm using the drops about a week but still the same no improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many thanks to Dr. Yen for my cataract surgery. 4 days after surgery, I can see stark differences before and after. I am able to see up close and far without problems. My eye has yet to fully recover but I notice the gradual improvement by the days. Glad I did this surgery and thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for a few years now. The doctors are friendly, caring and nice. The ladies working here gives the best service-they are polite, efficient, accommodating and friendly. Appointments are well planned with minimal patients at any one time. SOP well adhered to. Very prompt replies to queries on Whatsapp. The centre is comfortable as well. Overall, one of best places in the customer focused business.
