★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我想在這裡說的是，接電話的那位"華人"女生， 非常的沒有禮貌， 不專業。 我看了很多的評語，都是這麼說， 為什麼還沒有得到改善? 一位老人家打電話去詢問， 沒有耐心的回答，還蓋了別人的電話， 這樣的專業醫院 ， 怎麼樣出現了這樣沒有水準的人?
 What I want to say here is that the "Chinese" girl who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I read a lot of comments, and they all say this, why hasn't it improved yet? An old man called to ask, but he didn't answer impatiently, and even blocked other people's calls. How could such a professional hospital appear so unprofessional? people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 连着2天等了一肚子气，即使预约了还是很不准时！第一天看不到10分钟的医生，却等了2个小时，而且还因为验光师没来而验了其它项目，收费170多，然后第二天又再来等验光师！预约九点，又等了半个小时以上！一个时间同样好几个人在等，简直就是浪费时间！
I waited for 2 days in a row and was very angry, even if I made an appointment, it was still very untimely! I couldn't see the doctor for 10 minutes on the first day, but I waited for 2 hours, and I also checked other items because the optometrist didn't come. The fee was more than 170, and then I waited for the optometrist the next day! Made an appointment at 9:00 and waited for more than half an hour! There are several people waiting at the same time, which is a waste of time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big disgrace to the brand. Staff at the front desk is rude and arrogant. Saw them telling off elderly patient. This lady, Madam Wong, that works there should go get a job where she doesn't have to deal with humans. Zero manners. Bad attitude. Taking the business elsewhere, Optimax.

I had brought my aunt there for treatment and sense that they are not entirely courteous and I don’t think they realize that they are in a service industry where patients are customers. It was one time visit and I asked her to find another Centre. I did not think much of it at that time and reaction was to switch centres....until I saw your post and wanted to say kudos! Just because it is a specialist center, they think they are above everyone. About time someone wake them up and get them to come down from the self imaginary pedestal. They do not realize that they are in a service industry where patients are customers and needs to be treated with respect and courtesy at the very least. Will certainly share your review with my network. Thanks again for speaking up for the public,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXTREMELY RUDEEE AND RUTHLESSS FRONT DESK STAFFS. I HOPE THEY LEARN HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS AT LEAST AS HUMANS. WE WALK IN A HOPE TO FIND A SOLUTION AND NOT BE TREATED BADLY. STAFFS CAN'T EVEN CONSIDER RESPECTING ELDERS. EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE. THE LADY DOCTOR WHO TREATED MY AUNT WAS SO RUDE AND ALMOST SCOLDED HER DURING CONSULTATION. SHE WAS AN OLD LADY WHO WILL OBVIOUSLY HAVE DIFFICULTIES IN UNDERSTANDING INSTRUCTIONS. IT WAS SHOCKING THAT THE DOCTOR SCOLDED HER FOR NOT MOVING HER EYES AS SHE INSTRUCTED. DISSAPOINTING AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady at the front desk is super rude and impatient, she even hung up the phone of customers, I am wondering why the doctor keeps her working there? Someone like this should be be working at a place where she doesn’t need to face public,
