Went there to duplicate 3 keys for RM8. then few weeks later, my friend go there to duplicate the same keys. They charged her RM16. Thats double the price! She came only holding RM50 in her hand for payment and the seller took advantage of her . Never going there ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 days ago I choose their service to come and change my office toilet lock. Few days later the lock is broken. After I press the lock button then it can't be unlock again. The button cannot be pop out again. Though I know this kind of lock don't have warranty. But is normally sometime the product have flaw so need to return stock. But after I contact this seller he insist will charge me every time if I require his service. Even the fact the lock obviously have problem. This is the worse attitude and irresponsible way to treat the customer. And his charges are expensive. I spent RM180 to change 2 toilet locks and his service charge was RM80. So mean that each time I ask for his service he gonna charge me RM80 each time. This guy just totally a fraud.
