★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiters in Subang Parade outlet should be more professional and stop addressing customers as Uncle or Aunty. A simple Sir or Ma’am would have made customers feel better, instead of being made to feel they are in the market. Owner, please note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tables and chairs needs replacement, squeaky and unstable. Service was so so and food just edable, black pepper sauce lacks flavour and so does the coleslaw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food just average not so tasty. But for sure i will not come again dine here. Lamb and beef Sizling was hard not easy to chew. Rice set with fish lemon and tomyam also was really bad.tomyam tasted like paste only, so spicy and full of msg. I had try a few times here but still not ok for the menu. Tried carbonara spagetti at au2 also too bad. Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come for late lunch on sat 25 july. Ordered fried with with spring roll + prawn tempura + chicken wings. The manager come and ask why i didnt finish my chic and i said coz its not well fried. Nicely he ask if he can replace it with a new one. But i refuse as i finish with eating and just chill reading something in fb. Then he come back with a glass of ice lemon tea for me. Well done to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entered the restaurant at 3.15 pm with almost nobody inside. Ordered mee goreng and some nasi goreng and waited for 45 minutes just to see other later customers got their orders (which was also already taking so long). I asked the waiter why the other customer got their food first, she just said that mine will be cooked soon. I cancelled the order since they haven't delivered the food abd paid my drinks which is at best 2/5 and quite expensive.
The kitchen guy had a glance towards our table as if we made a mistake.
I have been in other Orchid Bistro but none of the service or quality as bad as this one.
