★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobi paling kotor pernah pergi. Mcm dobi yg terbengkalai. Mahal utk kuantiti kecil. Dryer pula kat atas, menyusahkan pengguna yg rendah. Tak berbaloi. Apps yg menyusahkan org, susah nk guna. Lg senang guna duit dobi.
 The dirtyest laundry ever went. Mcm laundry abandoned. Expensive for small quantities. The dryer on the top, lowers the users. Not worth it. Apps that bother people are hard to find. It's easy to use laundry money.

Premise well orginised, clean and bright.There are few setback at premise, located at elevated from ground its inconvenience to brings washing load its can fall if not carefully all dryers fixed on top for average Malaysian height is inconvenience to unload , no hangers to hang finish wash, wi-fi no password and swamp of mosquitos in the morning, 7am to 9am. Care line and whatapp never reply even answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will give this laundry 5 star but this time, i will give it only 1 star. This is a fully automated laundry centre and you pay via an app. I used to wash my clothes and curtains there. Normally it's very clean and nice. Today when I went to wash, 1 machine have hardly any soap and another had little soap. I complained via the app and they returned Rm 8 for the 1 machine wash. After the clothes finished washing, I took it out and put it in the dryer. After the dryer cycle finished, I took out the clothes from both the machine and realized that it's not washed properly due to lack of the laundry detergent and even the softener smell is absent compared to last week. I showed the clothes to the worker there and ask him to smell and even he confirmed that the smell is missing in both the washing clothes. I gave him my no and asked the supervisor to contact me if he comes. I also informed him to not to let any other person to use both the washing machine. As I was leaving I saw a man came and put his clothes on a washer nearer to the entrance, and I saw the soap is dispensed adequately in that machine. Washing nicely with enough suds compared to both of our machine. My advice to the operator of this dobi shop is please find a method to stop the faulty machine so that the customer can immediately take out the clothes and put it in another washer as a full cycle is almost 30 minutes instead of refunding back to the account. There must be a manual intervention for cases like this.
