★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I’ve ever had in purchasing mattress. The sales person does not know their product nor are they able to advise the customer on what product is suitable. I purchase 2 mattress from this company and only when I received it I knew the mattress is so heavy and I’m unable to carry it. When I communicated with the sales person they agreed to change my mattress but they are making it hard for by taking their own time despite me telling them that I’m having backache because of the current mattress I have from them. The Manager of the company does not know how to talk politely although I’ve told him that it’s his staff who made the mistake.
