β β β β β Known them since itβs a little shop at the top of 4th floor here. That time, the place is not even open for walk in. When they announce a couple years back they are allowing walk in to view all the bags, pocket seems to be drying up every couple of months. They have the widest range of bags and other accessories from home to travel needs. Pricing are superb during promotion btw. One can be certain that all their bags are genuine. Met up with the couple few days back and they are truly friendly to have a good chat. Covid might have affected them a bit, but this is the chance to stock up on those traveling needs when all is back to normal (fingers crossed). Recommended place to try all the product there and one will be sure not to leave the place empty handed. A one stop to all brands. Oh oh... car park aplenty and most important itβs free?

β β β β β You get what you deserve. Straight from product enquiries, ordering process, delivery status up till the moment the product is delivered, everything was done carefully and systematically. I admire how the staffs entertained the customers even when they seem to ask the same questions again and again. They made sure the product is genuine and they are very honest about the conditions because they are using it as well. Delivery process was quite fast, I must say, especially during the sale at CMCO period. All in all, I must say, this is the place to get and organize your gears.

Oribags honored the manufacturer's lifetime warranty, no questions asked. They sent a whole new replacement and even shipped it back to me free of charge. Definitely recommend their store for their quality products and excellent services ???
