Hope the support for after sales shall be same but no need for that for now. Product is fabulous so far !! Simply love it !!! If only all vendors in Malaysia will set their benchmark standards as Oride !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently purchased a pair of Ebike from Oride. As my kids are still too young to be able to manage so we decided to try it ourselves. The e-bike with pedal assist helps to get a good workout without knee pain. We really enjoyed being able to ride at the same time also getting good exercise. The most important thing to share is we have gotten many good assistance from this particular specialist whom have given many good advice and always be there in answering all questions. I highly recommend Oride to the new users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not suitable on the road. The wheels too small (10 inch is outer diameter including the tyre), very easy topper and difficult to turn.
No absorber, very bumpy, not suitable on the tar road.
Most terrible, only one side of back wheel driven by motor, very unbalanced difficult to be controlled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my Oride L2 Scooter from Oride (M) Sdn Bhd end of October 2021. There is no delay in the delivery. The Manager Mr Harry is very friendly, helpful and attentive. All my messages and queries are answered promptly before, during and after the purchased. I m relief that there will be after sale service should my scooter need repairs. I highly recommend anyone intending to buy eBike, scooter and other mobility devices to contact Mr Harry.

update April2022
received my cargo bike and been riding it for a while. Its a head turning item and great to ride on most terrain. It is now my everyday bike... If you are good at cycling and need to carry extra big stuff or extra kids its the bike is for you! I am not tall @155cm and the bike has extra height due to its thick wheels but I manage to ride with my 3 kids at the back? Its fun! We only need to bring 3 bikes for outing for the 7 of us now.
