β β β β β The doctors here and the nurses are really professional .. but the registration counter really annoyed me.. Had an appointment at 3.30pm.. reached here at 3.15.. had to wait just to register for 45 minutes .. they have a total of 13 counters and only 1 or 2 counter is workingβ¦

After the Vaccination jabs. They expect their customers to go update the Mysejahtera themselves by using the limbo Help Desk. The Help Desk is basically useless that replies with auto generated replies that will not go through your submitted documents.
Called Oriental Medical and got my call transferred to respected department but no respond. Still having lunch at 2:15pm??

β β β β β New Hospital, very clean and organised. You need to make appointment for outpatient earlier the day, and come to register and check blood pressure before waiting for doctor appointments. Waiting time about 20-30 min with appointment.

β β β β β Took up the cardiac health screening last week. The experience at the health screening centre was good. The service was good, all the staffs are kind and friendly, explained all the procedures through out and they even provide light breakfast.
The only disappointment was the cardiologist. ..my overall reading was high on cholesterol and liver, however I was shocked that he told that i have blockage of artery by just looking at the stress test reading and family history..he even told me to stop all physical activity immediately as heart attack might happen !!
I was shocked as I have never experience any pain so far. Upon getting a 2nd opinion, a cardiologist fr another hospital upon examining the same report, concluded that the overall condition of me is fine and asked me to continue with my exercise and controlling my diet. The angiogram procedure that was suggested was totally no needed.
What a ripped off and I felt that your doctor is only for the $$$ and disregard your client/patient health....to go for such a major procedure without further test and monitoring
It was unnecessary stress and worry to me and my family

β β β β β The hospital should provide fast lane during registration for pregnant mothers, mother with babies and those on wheel chair. Pity those groups of people need to queue for registration together with normal people. I have experience in other private hospitals in melaka with fast lane in which really helpful. This can be improved & help the service better.

Youβll find cure with reasonable prices & solve your problem once for all. One of the fast & furious doctor that can solves all the problems in one day! However, nurses in the daycare dept needs plenty improvement especially patient most needed TLC after procedures.
For the radiologist, thanks to Dr Lee Cheng Yuen for his steady hands skills that minimizes your discomfort during biopsy procedure. Thanks.
