โ โ โ โ โ Dr Ariffin ok friendly dan jika appointment pkui 230 smpai trus masuk....cuma klinik agak lama.layanan bagus.stff pun ramah.anak dah 4 tahun bua braces di sini.
Dr Ariffin is ok friendly and if the appointment starts at 230 until then goes in .... only the clinic is a bit long. Good service. Staff are also friendly. 4 years old child braces here.

โ โ โ โ โ Is this clinic is for malaysian only who can speak BM? I want to make an appointment but it seems that the phone reciever don't understand english. She hang the phone OMG. Not a good manners..

โ โ โ โ โ Please DO NOT GO to this clinic. I did my braces here and it was totally a bad experience. I've always set my appointment at 10 am, whenever I've arrived, I've to wait for the doctor to come. Half an hour if I was lucky. Most of the time I've waited for more than an hour! The doctor has no time discipline at all. ZERO! This is not only happen to me, there were also other patients waiting. Plus, if you want to do braces, this is not the clinic to go to. Bad techniques and not using the latest pratices, makes the treatment very very long. Staff also never call you to remind on your appointment a day earlier. You are the one who need to call the clinics. There were times when the doctor simply cancel my apppoinments after I've arrived, three times and that pretty much sum up the behaviour of this doctor. Irresponsible, late and has no sense of ownership of his job. Zero rating to this worst clinic I've ever been.
