★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this to compliment Yi Bei’s beyond excellent customer service.
We were shopping at Aeon Kulai on 12 April and attracted by your new massage chair. Yi Bei, who had assisted us in your shop, was very knowledgable about all products and managed to explain to us about the similarities and differences.
On top of having good product knowledge, she was impressively polite and friendly. We decided not to buy the new one after knowing that we couldn’t trade-in our current massage chair. Yi Bei did not show a single bit of disappointment after serving us for almost an hour. We gave our phone numbers to her for future consultation regarding Osim products. To our surprise, she texted us in the night and reminded us to take more warm after massage.
Such qualities can rarely be seen in a young lady who had just joined the workforce. We would appreciate if you could deliver our thankfulness to Yi Bei.
