★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely rate a place 1 star but this is the worst experience I've had at *any* shop. My 70 year old grandmother wanted to try one of their massage chairs and the staff said "ini bukan tempat duduk ya ini tempat business" (this is not a place to sit around this is a business establishment). Mind you my grandmother owns an Osim massage chair and just wanted to see what's new. Words can't describe my anger while walking away with my confused grandmother. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
