★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就和其他的OSIM连锁店一样，環境OK，店员服务态度OK，只是OSIM是名牌，货品价格昂贵，下单前需要考虑清楚。
 Just like other OSIM chain stores, the environment is OK and the service attitude of the clerk is OK, but OSIM is a famous brand and the goods are expensive, so you need to think carefully before placing an order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neck massager was spoilt after purchased for less than a month.
Sent for repair 3 months no news at all.
After sales service was terrible.
Would not consider to buy their massage chair.
Then when they saw this post, they asked to PM them at Facebook, but there was no message option at all. How to assist me further?
Why not go check your Service note PJD3000182 and reply to my enquiry?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chair has only been bought for 4 months only and the remote controlled was spoilt. The after sale service waa sucks. Strongly not recommended to buy as the service was good during buy but after sales service was extremely not good. They didn't take their responsibility as a seller and pay responsible for their product. I have been complained in shop over 5 times，I hope my product issues can be well solves.
