★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best SPA at Johor Bahru! Excellent environment for families and friends to hang around. They serve variety of delicious buffet , karaoke room, pool table, sauna and swimming area. Definitely will come back again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a massage, followed with their ear cleaning and therapeutic treatment, and finished with a face spa. The masseuse was very polite, gentle and friendly. The massage was very relaxing. Ear cleaning was very meditative with vibrational therapy from a jade cup. It’s worth the money and I feel pampered and reborn after the trip!?will recommend to anyone interested for good quality massage, spa, facial and ear cleaning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. The spa centre is good, facilities good. overall looks well maintained. When we walked in at 11.30AM to book for a 4pm (60 mins) appointment the same day, the counter recommended us to take the 90mins thai massage package x 2. We wanted thai massage to begin with so we gladly booked it.
When we went back at 4pm, the counter said only left 1 thai masseur and my other friend had to choose the chinese masseur. We were already slightly upset at this point in time because you were the one proposing the thai package and now you were the one who said one is not available. If we have booked in advance, you should have planned such that the resources are available.
Once my friend came out of the chinese massage and we were paying at the counter, we were shocked to realise that my friend had to pay 5 add ons that was used in the massage. My friend speak no english and chinese. She said while she fell asleep at intervals during the session, the masseur just tapped her up and spoke to her without realising my friend did not speak any chinese / english. My friend was waken from nap and just nodded her head to the masseur just to carry on the massage.
We reflected to the counter on why the masseur upsell without realising the customer did not acknowledged appropriately of what was being asked? They offered no solution and not apologetic.
It was a lesson my friend learnt as she seldom do massage. This is not a very ethnical way to do business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in after walking around the area. Entry price 88RM, quite steep. Took up traditional ear picking (88RM), basically just tickling your face, neck and shallow in your ear. Used a vibrator on the feather while gliding across your face. Was offered their ear washing service for 48RM and 58RM (with bacteria killing), recommending me to take the 58RM ear washing because she said the 48RM does not clean that well (why even put on the menu in the first place?). Had products on their shelf and recommended my friend to buy them at 380RM for 5 times ear treatment for 1 ear. Facilities are limited despite their "variety", one pool table that can't even extend the cue stick fully, movie room is already full when we tried to enter, fruits are tasteless. Service wise from staff is pretty okay, those who show you the way and the guy inside the toilet. Warm jacuzzi, wet and dry steam room available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are dishonest. On the phone they told us 5 of us can go for a jacuzzi and sauna at 10pm then at 11.30pm all of us can have full body massages.
When we arrived, they say only 3 of us can choose which full body massage we do, the others they can only give us any full body massage.
We were understanding about that, so 3 of us chose the massage we wanted. Then we went for the spa and sauna.
When our 2 guy friends came out, the staff told them that they only had 2 foot masseuses left. Then when we (the 3 women) came out, they said they only had 4 foot masseuses left. So had the staff allocated our masseuses to someone else without the courtesy to inform us at all?
Then we told them we go up to find the guys to discuss first and come to a decision.
After we went up, then shortly after, they sent a lady up to tell us that they had no more masseuse at all! So during that short period, they had assigned the 4 foot masseuse to other people?
Just feel that they are rather dishonest. If they really cannot arrange full body massage for us, or cannot reserve they should have told us that they might not have slot.
When we arrived, since we already chose our full body massages, then they should have followed through with it.
The last straw was when we told them we need to check with our friends first, they gave up our 4 slots to someone else without waiting for us to tell them our decision.
So they just make empty promises to make you come down. Then they just give your slot to anyone else. They just care about earning money without bothering whether the customer's needs are met.
We paid 88RM each for the jacuzzi and sauna. The massage we chose was 138RM on top of that. This place is not cheap but has this kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This health care centre offers varieties of services. The VIP room package for sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room is preferably the best to book for your own privacy. What I like in this centre are the efficient service, interior look, and space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took sometime off to try out this new SPA in Austin Height. The place is very clean and the SOP was through which makes me feel very safe. I started with a massage, ear cleaning, and finally facial. The masseuse was very gentle, polite and friendly. Most interesting would be the part when they explain to me which part of my health would require more attention during the massage. The ear cleaning therapy was very meditative with vibrational jade and feathers (absolutely worth a try!). This was an out of the World experience for me. Their facial includes the usage of some special equipment and technology with cold and warm technique that increases skin rejuvenation. Overall, I am very satisfied with their services, the SPA's renovation, and the amenities that brings me total relaxation. This might be one of the best SPAs in JB from my personal experience.
