★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比起外面的脊椎调整，我比较喜欢这里的治疗方法。感觉比较可以从最根本的问题治疗，虽然是需要一点耐心。但至少我感觉我的腰鼓和颈部不会像以前那样那么容易发作或者恶化?(因为我的腰鼓算是旧患了)。也要谢谢我的治疗师Ms Manjeet耐心的解释和一直提醒我改掉很多姿势上的坏习惯?
 I prefer the treatment here to spinal adjustments outside. It feels like it can be treated from the most fundamental problem, although it takes a little patience. But at least I feel that my waist drum and neck will not be as easy to attack or worsen as before (because my waist drum is old). I also want to thank my therapist Ms Manjeet for his patient explanations and for always reminding me to get rid of many bad habits in posture.
