★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 4 burner gas for my cafe in march 2021.delivered in april and started using 2 weeks after that.realized that it was not the same burner we selected and fire was too slow. Kept calling otn and after hundreds of attempts, finally someone came to fix the issue (not replacing with what we originally selected which was the auto-spark burner).
Next day while using the burner we saw flames from under 2 of the burners as there was gas leakage issue (very dangerous!!!). Called the same technician and it was fixed.
Yesterday, we saw flames again from the other 2 burners (!!!!!). Trying to call otn but no response.
I am holding otn responsible if this issue causes blast or burn down the building as they have not been responding to our request. VERY VERY VERY VERY BAD PRODUCT AND SERVICE!!!!
