β β β β β Used their place to give my Waja one final wash before handing the car over to its buyer.
Later the same day, I returned with my S-Max only for an exterior wash. Declined to vacuum as I had my kids with me.
The wash process was quick. I sat inside the car with my kids, not needing to get down, and left a happy customer. It didn't take long for Thomas to message me and apologetically reveal that they neglected to wax my S-Max before releasing me.
It was something that completely escaped my attention and they could have gotten away with without telling me. But the fact that Thomas, who wasn't there in person, was able to trace the error and honestly point out the mistake, and up front offer a 50% discount for my next visit, is strong testimony of the professionalism and integrity of this place.
People make mistakes all the time. That happens, but it's the rectification that sets aside outstanding service from the merely good.

β β β β β My advice is donβt ever enroll your membership here. Just because some youtuber advertise it, the place become popular. Actually it just a normal car wash and nothing special. I have been here 4 times to get my car wash but fail. Reason is not enough manpower, 3-4 hours wait just to get your car wash. Furthermore, this place is jam pack most of the time. ?Good Luck
