β β β β β First at all, sorry for the owners' own the unit there.
This is a place where a lot of retail shops at the ground floor with limited limited public parking space.
Second, to access or visit the retail shops there, you need to double park or park somewhere which do not block the traffic or someone else's car. Believe it or not, their security staff will come to clamp your car and ask for RM 100 to remove the clamp even though you just leave your car within 5 minutes. Also, the staff didn't wear any uniform. You will doubt whether the security is personally operated or professionally hired.

β β β β β A nice and comfortable place to stay in, the house rent is quite reasonable it goes btwn 1,100 to 1,300 for Semi-furnitured house, and the good thing is the whole place is New just built in 2015, so no insects or cockroaches here.

β β β β β Happy to stay at this Condo with so many facilities surrounding. Lately, a friend of mine introduce a home based child carer at Green building. Price were very reasonable with healthy home cook food. Now, I'm sending my three littles to them. Feel so relief.

β β β β β Very nice apartment where every unit come with kicthen cabinet, modern big tile, same design grill, which look very tidy, 3bed2bath just nice more than enough, well maintenience, very windy, have swimming pool, safety concern with access card restrict floor, and plenty of parking for rent, good location to stay

β β β β β I lived here in 2015 when it was new. The kitchens and washrooms are big as compare to many new condos now a days. But now its little old and crowdy

β β β β β Reasonably maintained with security personnel at each entrance. While cctvs (same with other stations/entrances as observed) were observed never being looked at, perhaps when needs arise.
However, the access to upper floors through elevators requires a resident access card be scanned at panel.
By the way, this is a place consists a groups of apartment complexes with facilities at shop lots below such as fast food chains, restaurants, sundry shops, laundry shops, Telco offices, etc. The category is NOT just Laundry Service as indicated. (that's misleading, and the laundry owner should start his/her own page instead of taking this).
