★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looked promising from the outer appearance with beer garden located at first floor, but was disappointed when I entered in to the dining area at ground floor. The entire place was too dark for a dining cafe/restaurant. We had difficulty reading the menu. So no ambiance at all. Just, dark.
Food was bad. Western, in particular. We ordered a Carbonara pasta, Fish and Chips, Steak, and Lamb Chop. The Carbonara was very generic, nothing special, but was disappointed with the ingredients as there was only ham. nothing else. Fish and Chips was not good, it was weird how they did not even have tartar sauce, instead served some weird-thai-sauce-flavour condiment. Fish was dry, chips was dry. Steak was overcooked. Lamb chop was overcooked as well, the meat and fat proportion was very uneven. Food serving portion wise was fair.
Customer service was just borderline okay.
However, this cafe serves fusion cuisine, I did not try their Chinese food yet, also they have a daily promotion that you can choose from, which is cheaper than À la carte. Overall pricing was fine, but I would say it is expensive because it's not value for money?
