But for receptionists or maybe the owner of the hotel? BIG NO plus RUDE AF. Pointing out customer for 'main lampu' and also call oit customer BODOH infront of other customer and not to forgrt he trow a pen to vustomer after customer tell him to be 'beradap. That guys is over 40 yrsold and suprisely RUDE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aircond not even working plus we didnt provided the remote at all. Stain at bedsheet.. so many dirty spot . The soap looks like reuse n recycle. Not recommended to all.. ew ew ew

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the second time visit...I choose triple bed... unfortunately the room smell cigarette.The check in staff also forget to give me the receipt. Hope in future please make sure enough space for us, Muslim tenant to pray

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just okay for last minute booking and cheaper price than others. I booked for premium suite room for RM38, normal price RM166. Supposed to get the room on first floor but had to change to ground floor as the door cannot be locked. The ground floor room was quite small brather than upper one, have 2 toilets, no water heater because it was broken, no shower pipes. The cleanliness also was just okay. There's mosquitoes in room too ?. So for me, it's reasonable as I got cheap price but hope OYO can upgrade a little bit more. Even I got cheaper price, doesn't mean I must get bad service. Thanks. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an interesting stay ! The first room, there are cigarette smell, but then they change the room for me, so I was good gesture. If OYO Hazris can add dryer for hair would be great. And those who smoke cigarette, compound them so they won't freely smoke inside the room.
Other than that, I was a pleasant stay. It was near to a Ikhwan Restaurant for food. That was a nice thing to point out.
