1. Slow water heater pressure.
2. No lift.
3. Aircond need service.

โ โ โ โ โ Totally acceptable but still need improvement. The water heater is running very slow and they told us they can't do anything. The switch off the lights at lobby all day to save cost. Other than that i have no complaints.
