★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually, I don't want to give any star at all! I don't have any choice other than this hotel bcs me and my husband had last minute
and urgent work to do yesterday. The worst is when bed sheet, pillow case, blankets & towel have a YELLOW STAIN and BAD SMELL. NOT CLEAN at all. I was wondering how they clean it. What we were did was using our cloth and towel as bed sheet and pillow cover. Plus, do the owner pay maintenance for air-conditioning??? If yes, please change your air-conditioning service company. That's my first and last visit to this hotel. We are planning to stay somewhere far from Bandar Country Home if it's worthy. TO THE OWNER, if you want to make a business in hospitality, please do it with wholehearted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited their thai restaurant. The foods are really good, and have an authentic thai taste. The chef is Thai person. Anyway, expect the food taste to have been adjust to Malaysian taste (and will not be considered "sep" by a thai person) ?. Still, highly recomended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very2 poor. At 3.30AM their staff keep on knocking my room door and ask to open door. Very suspicious when they said something happen to my car and they want me to open my door so that they can enter my room. Luckily i can think wisely and refuse to open. Im so scared as only me and my girl friend in the room. Insecure and thinking they will do something. I standby call 999 for assistants

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a Malaysian triple deluxe room on oyo. They posted pictures of a big room,but once we went there they said they have wrongly posted the picture and the one i booked is a small room. but the booking was for a triple deluxe room and so was the picture they posted on their app.. Had to take the small room for 6 of us and when asked for extra blanket or pillow they said there is no Extra ones available. Hope OYO looks into this and in future it wont happen to anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restless nights here. Noisy on Saturday nights as this place locates hawkers below the rooms. Better get other place of you want get a good room to rest and have a good sleep. Furthermore, I personally say this place is not a resort. No parquet or marble floor, only cement.
