★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located infront of University Sains Malaysia Hospital (HUSM) Kubang Kerian. This is a budget hotel. So i check in here for 1 night 55 MYR. I pay 85 MYR for deposit. So this room is medium size small. One of the lamp malfunction. The A/C works but still can feel hot although i setting it to 16°. I turn on lamp without put the key inside the key holder and it's works. When i didn't put the key inside the key holder the power supply didnt cut off. The toilet vacuum fan slow. After you using the bathroom you can feel the temperature so hot because the vacuum fan not works properly and also the A/C. There is no fan inside this room. The television not working. I ask the reception and they say you can't use the television. When the first time i enter this room until i check out my head very hurt @ headache because the strong smell of floor cleaner or clorox inside the room. I can't breath well. Others are all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would only recommend if you're travelling alone and on a budget. Overall the room is neat but the towels, bedsheets and curtains seem to be not washed properly (i did not suffer from any itchiness though). As for the toilet, it is neat as well but there were issues with the shower and the water pressure isn't good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very convenient place to stay if you are in KB. Very close (walking distance) to HUSM, Mydin and Econsave. There are a lot of other shops nearby. The room is ok, tidy and goos enough to sleep in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in a strategic area near HUSM, MYDIN,ECONSAVE, very convenient for food and a mart is just across the road. Staff was friendly, room was clean and pleasant. A variety of choices for place to visit too! It was a good stay!!
