★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked in took 40 mins because there was only one person mending the front desk, and worked so slow. No chairs no fan no air-conditioning at the check in area.
Finally after checking in around 4pm, the rooms weren't made at all! Floors, toilets and rooms were all still messy and dirty. Rubbish weren't thrown away, hairs everywhere on the floor. Then when we went down to complain and asked for a room change, the staff just ignored us. We had to leave the place, come back in another few hours in order to get a new room.
