★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their warranties don't cover the full product. Bought a pc case with a defect causing damage to the tempered glass panel. When talked to them about it, they said their warranty don't cover the glass portions and asked me to chase supplier. How can you pick and choose which parts of your products to warrent? Would be nice if they told me beforehand when I was buying it but I'll be sure to keep this in mind next time I make a purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad customer service, Most of the staff are playing with their mobile phone.
After purchasing an Epson Printer RM599 at that place. I ask for some assistance to show me some sticker paper and the cashier just pointed me over there. After looking around for 5 minute still nobody to assist me. I managed to find 1 rim of paper stated Self Adhesive paper. I ask the guy seating beside the cashier is this sticker paper he told me NO then I ask him why it stated self adhesive? or can you show me where can i get the sticker paper. He reply rudely to me I don't know since you said this is sticker paper then is sticker paper. That guy really piss me off and I F&%K him and walk out of the store. Please improve your customer service!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont ever think customers walk in are poor. The salesman working at the back needs to work on his attitude and learn how to do sales. One guy named Chong and I didn't ask the other guy's name, but hope its a lesson for this store. *facepalm*
