★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first glance, this looks like a very modern KTM station but that's all that's going for it. The way some government enterprises are run, this is a classic example of apathy and inability to change with the times. Tickets? Line up and buy the hand-written ticket with cash only; forget your Touch n Go card, or any kind of card for that matter. Good luck if your train is coming in and there's a long queue. Elderly or maybe you hurt your leg and can't walk properly? Too bad, there are no elevators here to get to the platforms on the other side of the tracks. Here, they believe people should keep themselves fit by walking up 4 flights on stairs.
