โ โ โ โ โ The wholesale mart was located at Padang Besar - Perlis, 5 min walking distance to Thailand border Sadao District - Padang Besar Custom House. The wholesale mart here selling various kind local Malaysia & Thailand product like perfumes, kitchen Items, latest adult and children's clothing, sports jerseys, shoes, craft, bags, food, noodles, nuts, toys, snack, tom yam paste, sauce & spices, biscuit, beverages & etc.
The wholesale mart is a bit humid & hot, you might need a mini fan company with you otherwise you will be sweating around inside the mart. Do bargain with the shop if you large quantity to purchase.
Apparently, Arked Niaga Padang Besar 50% of the stall still close. Thus, majority of customer will consume their product in this wholesale mart.
Bare in mind that, It would be super crowded during the weekend and the parking lot might be full as well. If possible visit the wholesale mart during weekday it will make you more relax.

โ โ โ โ โ There are shops and stores for street foods, hearty meals, snacks, clothes, toys, household products and accessories sold with reasonable and bargainable price, a toilet with 30 cent entrance fee and plenty of parking spots. The highlight is mostly the thai influenced street food, somtam, tomyam soup, miangkham,nampla, noodles and chicken feet salad, popular thai beverages like green tea and fruit juices, food skewers dipped in sweet thai sauce, dimsum, ripe mangoes, green mangoes with special sauce, nuts and crackers.

โ โ โ โ โ A convenient place for cheap items from Thailand. This place is clean, covered with high ceiling but not aircond so it can be uncomfortable during hot days.
They sell clothes, pyjamas, jerseys, shoes, costume jewelleries, handbags, kitchen wares, nuts, sweets, toys, and many more.

โ โ โ โ โ Lot of item can be found at this mart. Starting from food, clothes, children toys, snacks and others. Can be consider as pricey because this place are tourist attraction. Outside this mart, lot of stall selling ready to eat food such as 'lokching', daging bakar and variety of fruit. Very crowded during weekend, hard to find parking. Bring your umbrella and small fan if can't stand humid and hot weather here.
