★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually give a place one star but i have to. i went here to padi house to review the food & etc.
Pros:
- A good place to eat westerns (delicious) with fair price.
- Good ambience with cozy table.
Cons:
- Workers are so damn lazy, all i see is the workers chitty chat to each other and ignored us.
- The drinks were damn awful, i ordered sweet drinks and ALL the sweet drinks that i order is either "habis" & "tak ada" ( I am so disappointed smh )
- Table service is totally out, no food suggestions or recommendations.
- No straw & how am i actually going to drink my cold awful drink? i hate the taste of it, the texture. sad, i asked for a straw and they said they do not have it.
- The receptionist is slow. my husband paid using a card and i got REALLY TIRED of waiting for my husband just to pay for our meal at the receptionist. took a long time to wait & i hate waiting.
will go there again soon to check whether they have improved it or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place would have scored a 4star if not for the delay in service. The beef hor fun was flavourful and appealing to Malaysian palates. The vegetarian pesto spaghetti was good but lacked shavings of cheese to make it great...close but not quite there. Overall recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my children to eat here today after hearing good reviews from friends. The ambience was nice, the food was delicious.
However, half way through my hor fun, I found a dead anak lipas in my food! I politely called the staff because I didn't want to make a scene, then he kindly offered me a replacement to which I declined. tbh I was so shaken, all I wanted to do was to throw up. Kembang tekak bila fikir balik ?
The cashier was kind and apologised a few times but please lah, I hope the management take my complaint seriously, you guys need to do something about your kitchen cleanliness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The foods are good. But there is one major problem, which is their table smells and the smell was from the dirty clothes. We used own wet tissues to wipe the table and chairs. Because of the stinky smell ??? Second is their staff’s attitude were not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, we ordered the nasi goreng tom yam and streaky beef quiche. Yummy. We enjoyed every bit of it. Service was fast and very pleasant. Definitely will go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just cant be thankful enough knowing how fortunate we were for having made the reservation earlier...The crowd today is tremendously huge, being the last weekend before the major exodus for Hari Raya holidays. While we managed to get our orders in time before time for Iftar, a lot of people were still queing up to get into most of the F&B outlets..Its so sad to see them in such an awful predicament, and my son had to offer some of our food and drinks to them. We realized that the Foodcourt was closed, and some people had to literally sit on the floor to break their fast..I really hope the management of Mitsui Outlet would look into this urgently to address this pertinent problem. Another issue is the queue for maghrib prayer. Due to the large crowd of people waiting to get into the Surau, I had to practically perform my maghrib prayer outside the Surau, along the walkway just outside the breastfeeding room..As for the food and services at Padi House, I had nothing to say, except for my biggest compliment to them..we enjoyed the delicious food, and would definitely come back for more, in the future...????
