★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pengurusan yang teruk antara boss dan isteri boss di shihlin taiwan bawah ptc..boss tidak menghormati hak asasi perkerja..layanan terhadap pekerja sangat teruk..marah tanpa sebab yang kukuh..boss sendiri kurang pengetahuan tentang hal kerja dalam kedai (shihling taiwan di kuantan city mall), boss lelaki pernah sekali datang kedai dalam keadaan yang masih lagi mabuk dan marah² manager dan merapu...pengurusan boss lelaki dan boss perempuan tidak sama..dan staff jadi mangsa marah..gaji yang slalu lambat masuk..ada kess yang sudah berhenti masih tak dapat gaji walau pun sudah melebihi 7 hari bulan..ada yang sampai lebih dari tempoh sepatutnya...tidak bersikap rasional,selalu marah tanpa berbincang atau bertanya dahulu...gaji yang takkan naik malah makin berkurang,walaupun buat kerja lebih dari sepatutnya... susah untuk mendapatkan slip gaji dari boss
bad management of boss and wife of boss in shihlin taiwan under ptc..boss does not respect the rights of the workers..the service to the workers is very bad..must without a good reason..boss not own knowledge of working in the shop (shihling taiwan in kuantan city mall), male boss once came to the store in a state of drunk and angry² manager and robbery ... management of male boss and female boss is not the same..and the staff is a victim of anger .. slower pay goes in .. no The retired kess still cannot pay even after 7 days of the month ... for more than the due time ... not rationally, always angry without talking or asking first ... the salary will never go up, even less do more than you should ... it's hard to get a salary slip from a boss
