★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to repair the hinge of my laptop, but they kept delaying until I had to go there several times, what worse was the hinge of my laptop ended up wasn't fully repaired and the wifi connecting wire is broken! I would give 0 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They didn't back up my files although promised to do it. After 3 hours, they are saying they did not know they needed to back up. Tried to con me by saying they chaged the hard drive. Really useless. Never step in here. They are arguing and very rude and don't bother about their customers. I agree with other reviews and should have read the reviews first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dishonest salesperson. There are merely no price tags for laptops in the store. You will have to wait for the salesperson to tell you when you ask. Also, prices may change based on your appearance and stuff. Most importantly, if you don't know tech stuff, they will try to jack up the price or siphon the most out of your money. And in return you will pay extra for something that is not even worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service!!! Brought my laptop to replace the battery and the initially promised to replace it within 3-4 hours and said will call to update. No call after 4 hours. Ended up, the replacement battery was the wrong model and said will get the right one the following day. 2 days have passed and still it's not done. Worst of all, never updated and I had to call every time to ask for status. In the end, took back my laptop and got my refund back.
On another case, I also purchased a new laptop from them on day 1 in which they promised free additional accessories to convince me to purchase. Once deal was done, the said accessory was out of stock and requested to be collected the following day. Upon following up, the seller said there must have been some miscom. It was not meant to be given for free, but to be sold to me.
In summary, avoid going to this shop unless this is only computer shop left on Earth. Bad customer service, empty promises and misrepresentations. I would give a -10 rating if Google allowed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really happy with this purchase of Asus ROG Stix Scar 17, the performance of the Laptop is really amazing, It packs a lot of power in a very small frame. I got 1 year mcafee antivirus free with the laptop.
I really loved the OLED screen on this laptop because:
1- It has very deep black colors.
2- I have noticed it uses less battery than my older LED laptops
3- as I have a screen extension with this laptop which is 4k led, but I can see that my laptop screen is producing more accurate and beautiful colors.
I strongly recommend this laptop to everyone.

1. Colours with clarity, making the visuals attractive and captivating
2. The blacks are darker and clearer
3. It doesn't feel painful to the eye after staring for long hours
