★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 买他家产业还不到一年，Roller Gate就掉下来，然后虽然他们有叫人来做，但是只是接回去罢了。过不久就变成，每到停电或打雷时，电源接回去后，Roller Gate会自动打开，很不方便。打电话去投诉，他们就拖了很久才派人来检查，就说Roller Gate的motor坏了，要换的话，要RM2xxx左右，不然就打电话过去office询问。我就打去了，他们说Roller Gate的motor，warranty两年已经过了。我说我们才买不到一年，为什么就过了呢？他就叫我给他是什么门牌，我给了，他说帮我检查。但是半年多了，是不是要拖到我们买到两年，warranty过了，他们才检查到我们几时买？其实不止我们这一间有问题，我们后面几间也是有问题。试问下，这样的店屋会安全吗？
