β β β β β we very rarely do this but here goes:
avoid this eatery at all costs! they will tell you that half of the items on their menu are not available while the other half of the items will take a very, very long time to prepare. in a not-so-subtle way they are telling you to go away. the personnel act as though your very existence is a horrible inconvenience to them, and are resentful of the fact that you have taken their time and attention away from their mobile devices.

β β β β β Okay food, but expensive and not so good service. The waiter/staff was very slow and poorly trained. But they try the best. Hopefully the food is just as good and the service will improves.

β β β β β I ate here before the kwetau is good but come kinda slow. But today I come here again food come fast but mostly burn (I order chicken rice, thought is steam chicken). Service I guess they try their best, it looks like they don't have enough crew on floor. But still the need more training on customer service.

β β β β β Food I give 4 star but the service I give 0 star. Overall is 2 star given. Why? Drinks comes after 10 minutes and the food comes after 25 minutes. We almost miss the bus thanks to their slow service! We ask the staff there before ordering how long does it take to serve food and the staff says between 10 - 15 minutes. Better go elsewhere if want quick bite - my honest advise. The staff there seems not showing their dedication working a food restaurant.

β β β β β Poor service even there is no customer at the shop. In term of taste is normal but plate is full of oil and paying 13 bucks for nasi lemak but only 2 ikan bilis found......alot of improvement need to be done...... Don't waste eating food at PAK HAILAM ?

β β β β β Not bad, I order nasi lemak rendang chicken and kopi cincau, the rendang sauce is nice, and the chicken not too dry, if you like to drink kopi can try kopi here, I give 4 stars cause more of the food are not service
