★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad attitude and poor customer service. Went there, got inside but have to wait like foolish people. Nobody care to entertain or even approach you. Very pricey and not up to the standard. Better measure twice but cut once.. but these guys everytime you went there, your garments will definitely need alteration. Waste of time, effort and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional in getting tailored products ready within short deadlines. Assortments of attires for various branches of armed forces can be found here. However, where Navy ascessories are concerned, rank slip-ons are only available from mid-level seniority onwards, inner shirts only have XL for the time being due to logistical constraints, and hi-tech boots for digital attire have only 1 brand (Magnum) & are indeed high end (RM580 a pair). Overall, decent level of customer service although it can be quite a drive if you're not from KL.
