★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Pak Ya Homestay, there are Four kampong houses which was built in the same compound. Located quite hidden, guests might not be able to see the sign post "Pak Ya Homestay" at a glance. Each house is big enough to host about 5 to 8 people, but it is not recommended /less suitable for families with more than 5 members because there is only a toilet per house. There are two rooms per house but only one room is provided with bed (master bedroom). The second room is small and can only accommodate two people (sheets and blankets are provided) but there is no bed, you will need to sleep on the floor. Even though the homestay are wooden houses, Astro is provided with NJOI. It also has fridge and sink to ease the rentals. Iron and iron board are not provided. Total house condition is 6 / 10, not so clean and well maintained. The house is equipped with stove for cooking and also a semi automatic washing Machine but there is not pipe that connects the Machine and drainage (New Machine but cannot be used). Visitors may need to bring own extensions since only one plug is provided. Hangers, shoe rack, towels, room service, food and beverages, bathroom equipments (shower gel, shampoo, toothpastes) are not provided at all. There is a large parking area for 10 cars and a spot for families to hang out and have coffee (large verandah).
