Environment is ok but working staff not professional.
They will stand there hinted for tips when you pay money.
During working time grouping chitchatting, laugh very loud and don’t care about customers. Some of them playing handphone games.
There is not private room but they allow other customer holding the mic shouting singing. Is very annoying.
I hope management can give proper training to their staff.

3 stars/ just okay for us. Despite we ordered 3 × 10 glasses of Guiness Stout, they don't serve free beer bite (claimed running out of peanut and chips?? Only God knows).
